Long time ago
I'm amazed at how long it has been since my last post. This past month has been very busy with Dad and Mom DeCock visiting in early April, planning a mom's only homeschool conference in May, my birthday, field trips, homeschool, business endevours, and all the other normal, daily obligations. On Thursday night, Paul came home from work and we left immediately for Fayetteville, NC. We went bunk bed shopping (again). Our last couple experiences with purchasing big ticket items have been unsuccessful. First our 15 year anniversary present in January: a beautiful new refridgerator never came in. Then in March we tried to order bunk beds that never came in. We had all but given up on ordering things. Then Mom and Dad came down and we had a wonderful time at the beach.
After they left, Dad called us with some good news: they were going to help us buying bunk beds!!! So with this great news, we were off to try and find some (in stock).
Here are our new bunk beds, which arrive on Thursday (crossed fingers).

The beds arrived and look great!!
That is a beautiful girls bunk bed. They must be loving it. Our boys love ours for sure and it is so handy and such a space saver!
