Pondering
As I walked past my daughter's bedroom, a familiar tune played in her room. I put Eliana down to sleep with soft Christian music. When the cd player part of the boombox broke, I was relegated to using a cassette tape. So as I walked past her room tonight, I heard a tune that brought back a whole flood of memories. Memories that make me miss the home I grew up in, miss my Mom, miss how simple things were. I had to remind myself that in 30 years from now (if my Lord hasn't returned) I will be looking back on this time with those same memories. Memories of my children as little ones. Can I cry now?
Lots of adventure
