Exercises for Mommies
I am now 30 years old as of this past April but one thing I have always tried to maintain was physical strength. It started when I was 14 years old. Maybe my mom was trying to get in better shape, but something happened that year that kept me motivated through all these years to exercise.
When Sammie came along 4 years ago, I found it difficult to keep up my exercise routine with her wanting so much attention. That's when I started developing "exercises for mommies". A lot of them are fun for my daughter, so she is entertained and I get in better shape.
Want to know a fun one? You lie on the floor on your back. Then you pull your feet in towards your butt. Next you lift up your rear end (like you're going to crab walk). You have now become a human bridge. Little kids love to crawl under the mommy bridge, trying not to touch you while they do. If you do this over and over with your kids, you will have a back view that any husband will not be able to resist (he he). The tighter you squeeze your rear when you are the human bridge, the better.
Let me know how it works out for you.

Are husbands allowed to do that?
Husbands are not allowed to crawl under the bridge. At least, that's what I was told when I tried...

Hi Jennifer,
I'm Erica.
I found you through Lynne's blog.
I like your site. Did Yvonne make it?
Thanks for the info.
I've actually been looking for some good butt exercises.
:)
I don't know what to say to this post. I HAD a comments, but now I can't get the mental image of Ron crawling under Lynne's butt out of my head.
I felt better...but then the image of Dad (Opa) wiggling his way under Mom (Oma) did me in.
Excuse me. I need to go now.
Yvonne,
Hilarious!! Now that's all I'm going to be thinking about.
I guess husbands can do it, if they were any good at limbo.
I'm not responsible for the consequences; be it another baby or a trip to the hospital.
