My visit with my sister
Well, today will be the day that I go out with my sister after not really spending any time with her for 8 months.
I am looking forward to getting a relationship back with her. She has such good qualities and I know we can get along, it just has to be done very delicately and in a certain way.
Please pray that everything will go smoothly and we can work out our problems.
Why is it that the older you get, the harder it is to get along with family?

I think the reason is we get set in our ways, we aren't as easy going, and we try to go overboard on impressing others with our accomplishments.
If only we could just let others do the talking and listen more.
I hope your time with your sis is surprisingly wonderful.

everything ended up working out very well. We had a great time and we got to talk about a lot of important stuff. I feel like there's real hope in fixing our relationship; I think it will just take time.
