Another mommy exercise
Okay, for this exercise you lie on the floor (on your back) with your feet on the ground and your knees pulled in. You take the child that best meets your physical ability and sit them on your belly.
Then you tighten your rear and lift it off the ground. Your child will of course think this is a type of roller-coaster. Go up and down until you are too tired or your kid falls off.
Before you know it, you will have a butt won't quit!

I put one of the boys on my knees/shins and lift them up that way (or is that what you mean with put them on your belly) It tires me out nonetheless.
We just bought a Denise Austin DVD. It looks pretty good so I'm going to see if I can get through it . . . maybe slowly.
For cryin out loud. What am I going to do? I have no kids.
Have to come up with something I can do Jen!
MOM
We'll drop off the boys anytime you like. Just let us know!
Great idea Ron!
I've offered to look after them at least one evening a week, have not heard from you! What's with that?
Go out with your wife, even just a walk in the park, it does not always have to cost a ton of money to go on a date!
Go shopping, go to Cosco, Wal-Mart, Canadian Tire (too expensive though), drive to City Park etc.
Love MOM:)
Thank you so much Mom. We will keep that in mind.
Mom,
I would say put Dad on there but..........
Lynne,
I think you have the right idea.
And that Denise Austin DVD...is that the one that says 'Denise Austin's personal training system' and she's wearing a white 2-piece outfit?
If so, I have it and love it. You will too.
