Sammie's Feet

Sammie came in tonight asking Paul for snuggles and he invited her up onto his lap before bedtime. Paul then grabbed a blanket to put around her and Sammie said," Daddy, tuck in my feet because they are expendable". Paul and I looked at each other with a smile and asked Sammie what expendable meant. She said without a flinch, " that means they need to be snuggled". I love these times.

Did she mean "extended"? Hmm, still a big word for a little girl.
